The staff is nice and very thorough in making sure the customer is taken care of. They don't mess around with your clothing. My clothes are taking care of....and if they can't clean something or a spot was overlooked at the time I dropped my clothing off...guess what????? THEY CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT'S UP!!! I appreciate that.

This is particularly nice since I'm *always* on the go and don't have time for dilly dallying.
